Just a quick update, after checking Mr Google last night I was at a very nice dentists door at 8am this morning, I was given a sit and wait appointment for 9am and by 9:15 I was at the chemist getting a prescription filled for antibiotics, as I had guessed an abscess is the culprit, a checkup booked for 10 days time so I will be here for my full 14day allocation.
It was all a lot simpler than I thought it might be.
